Perfect for couples or solo travellers exploring the city, it's complete with a double bedroom, open-plan kitchen and living area, and bathroom with walk-in shower. Located on the edge of Holyrood Park, it's ideal for guests who want to enjoy the great outdoors within the city! Guests can hike from the front door to the top of Arthur's Seat in less than 30 minutes, or the Palace and the bottom of the Royal Mile in 20 minutes.

Located on the edge of Holyrood Park, it's great for guests who want to enjoy the great outdoors within the city! At the end of the street, you can enter Holyrood Park, and the top of Arthur's Seat can be reached from the front door in less than 30 minutes. It's a scenic 20-minute walk to the bottom of the Royal Mile where you'll find the Palace of Holyroodhouse and the Scottish Parliament. There are two large supermarkets (Sainsbury's and Morrisons) both less than a 15-minute walk from the flat.
