“Firstly, staff could not do enough for us. All staff were very accommodating. Our room was cleaned daily to a wonderful standard. Breakfast was delicious. So plentiful and fresh every day. I would have preferred a larger hot food section but I understand that they are a smaller hotel and that they are trying to reduce wastage which I commend them for. The location of the hotel was perfect for our stay. It’s very central and so close to underground links, bus stands and train stations. Yet the area surrounding the hotel is peaceful and quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Will be booking with The Sumner in future! ”
