Beautiful home. Lots of space and places for everyone to unwind. My kids loved watching a movie in the family room, the bathrooms were modern and water hot (realizing this is not always the norm), beautiful kitchen and backyard.

Easy to find, quaint stone house in a quiet residential area and ample car park space. We are a party of 5 and we can easily have our own quiet space as the house is huge. There are 2 entertainment and family rooms with supersize TVs which we can assess Netflix and PrimeVideo readily + another smaller Tv in another room. We can watch our own shows and movies without disturbing others. There were plenty of board games to keep us occupied as well. The beds are comfortable and we slept very well. What’s best is the heating system. During our 2 night stay Edinburgh was wet and cold but the property has heating systems installed in every nook and corner we felt so warm coming home. As it was a wet day we didn’t spend time in the yard where there were garden chairs and table. On a sunny day I am sure we could have enjoyed our family BBQ there. And Simon and his parents are ever so ready to assist us with our queries.

The location firstly was so useful as it wasn’t in the centre but just 15 minutes away and not a busy area at all. There were shops very close nearby so you don’t need to worried about looking to find food. The house was exceptionally nice and clean, very modern and a lot of space even for a family of four there was so much more room. The host was very lovely and welcoming and gave clear and simple instructions about the house that were very easy to follow. This house was genuinely beautiful and so cosy to come back to after a long day of walking around Edinburgh. Would 100% recommend especially for the price.

Absolutely amazing flat. It's the ground floor of an very large old house. It's so incredibly well furnished and has everything you need. I think you are definitely staying in someone's home. It was full of all the comforts of home. Lovely jacuzzi bath, which was welcome for me after I'd drive for about 8 hours! Ideal for staying and driving into Edinburgh. I assume there is public transport, but I had taken the car.
