Excellent position close to the sea and the town. Nice welcome and check in very straightforward. Large room with sea view. Very clean. We didn't use the restaurant or bar but looked nice. They do a cocktail happy hour. We wanted a last minute night away by the sea and this hotel was very reasonably priced. We were lucky to secure unrestricted on-street parking a short distance away.

I used to live here so very happy to return for a more lane visit. It is an ideal place for families with good safe beaches, good travel facilities for access to other areas of Devon by bus or train, especially to Exeter’s excellent shopping. Not the most interesting of towns but good middle of the road unpretentious place to visit & enjoy.

Exmouth itself is an attractive holiday resort for all the family. Superb sandy beach with many facilities, wide range of hotels and restaurants, railway and buses. Many restaurants serve a wide variety of fish menus. One is able to walk and walk and enjoy the variety of houses, streets, special buildings, the market and the coffee/snack outlets. An extremely satisfactory area for all ages, albeit rather steep roads if one walks from the sea front upwards.

A small town with friendly atmosphere. Lots of good charity shops! The town museum is worth a visit. There is a mix of independent and high street shops and places to eat. We chose both. Exmouth is very compact and within easy reach of the beach.

Staff were pleasant on engagement, made me feel welcome The room was lovely and cozy, it was exceptionally clean with adequate basic toiletries The sea front / beach was within walking distance, loved the location From my unpleasant experience at a certain hotel in London where I paid twice as much as I paid at Manor hotel, honestly I did not expect such a lovely service with beautiful facilities at such an affordable or rather lower rate. I would certainly recommend this to others without hesitation.

We were visiting family for the festive season with our new born so looked for somewhere to stay. The Manor hotel was 8 mins away from our family and located close to the beach and town centre for us to walk with the pram. Location was perfect Room was ideal for what we needed and warm for the baby. Free parking out the front which we were lucky to secure. All inclusive breakfast for £15 which we had on our first morning only. It was great value for money.

Nice place to stay, centrally located for walk along the promenade and restaurants. Room was clean and modern. The staff went out of their way to ensure my bike was put in secure storage overnight in one of utility and storage rooms behind the hotel and also they let me use their water hose to clean my bike the following morning after it amassed dirt over the past week on my bikepacking holiday along the south coast

Excellent seafront location. We booked a standard double but we're upgraded to a large sea view room. I mentioned it was my birthday and the man on reception left chocolate brownies and a birthday greeting note in our room, which was a lovely touch. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. There were lots of nice toiletries in the room. It was very clean. There was parking in front of the hotel for £6

The staff were exceptional, so warm and welcoming and we were upgraded for free as it was my birthday. That was such a lovely touch. Hotel was stunning and also views would have been if it were not for the rain and we arrived when it was dark. Hope to stay longer next time to explore properly.
