Delightful studio apartment with a glimpse of the sea in the historic center of Lerici, just 50 meters from the sea, 2 minutes on foot from both the bus stop for La Spezia, Sarzana and Tellaro and from the embarkation point for the boats that connect Lerici to the Cinque Terre, Palmaria and Portovenere. Very convenient location for accessing bars, restaurants and shops. The building does not have a lift and the house can be reached via a flight of stairs. The house does not have a washing machine, but you can possibly hang hand-washed clothes on the lines outside the windows. For waste in the municipality of Lerici there is door-to-door separate collection, in the house you will find the various bins and the instructions. Pets are not allowed. The house is not equipped with heating so it will be rented only in the months in which it is not mandatory according to municipal rules (from April to to October). IMPORTANT: Access to Lerici and the hamlet of San Terenzo, in the period between 15 June and 31 August, is governed by the limited traffic area (ZTL) in force from 10:00 to 18:30 and at night from 01:00 to 05:00. Transit in these time slots is therefore allowed only to residents and holders of PASS issued by the municipality. Free access during the permitted hours is indicated by the VARCO NON ATTIVO light signal at the entrance to the town. The ZTL is served by cameras that detect unauthorized passages with consequent penalties, so you will have to pay attention to these indications. Parking in the YELLOW car parks is reserved for the entire calendar year only to authorized vehicles displaying the ZTL PASS issued by the Traffic Office. NON-residents can park at the following BLUE paid parking lots: Venere Azzurra car park, Via S. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax The municipality of Lerici applies a tourist tax of 4.00 euro/day per person (up to 5 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Additional persons to those declared: we usually ask 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Check-in and Check-out outside the permitted times is often allowed, with prior agreement and paying an extra cost of 30 euros to the person who will take care of the check-in (6-9 pm), for later times, if it is possible for we organize, the figure could be higher.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center, overlooking the marina, in the pedestrian area and a stone's throw from bars, restaurants and shops. The Conad supermarket is 400 meters from the house. In the immediate surroundings you will also find bakeries, pharmacies and tobacconists. From the window you can see the beginning of the Arpara climb, the ancient access to the famous Castle of Lerici (site of exhibitions, concerts and cultural events). The area is very lively and authentic with many entertainment initiatives especially during the summer. Just near the apartment you will find one of the many local restaurants in which to enjoy the delicious local cuisine. Walking a few steps you will already be on the seafront, which, walking for about 2 km, leads from Lerici to the hamlet of San Terenzo. Along the way you will find bathing establishments up to the Venere Azzurra beach, partly free, where it is possible to rent umbrellas, deck chairs, sunbeds and pedal boats or sit down for lunch in one of the kiosks on the beach. The apartment is located a few minutes walk from the bus stop in Piazza Garibaldi. Reaching the apartment by car is not possible as it is a limited traffic zone (ZTL), it is therefore advisable to use the public car parks for non-residents already mentioned in the announcement and reach the square with the shuttle buses that connect the car parks to the historic center . From the center of Lerici, in addition to admiring the beauty of this typical Ligurian town and the places in the immediate surroundings such as the Borgo di Tellaro, La Serra or Ameglia, you will find the embarkation point for the boats that allow you to visit enchanting places such as Portovenere, the of Palmaria and the Cinque Terre. Moving instead in the direction of the Tuscan border you can arrive in the Versilia area in 40 minutes with places such as Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio. Lerici is also an hour from Pisa.
