The location was very close to the bus stop, there was a supermarket right in front of the hotel. The host was also very responsive over a message and guided us to get to the hotel.

The staff were very professional and accommodating. They were able to provide information on the buses as well as tickets to ride. They also helped us get a large cab for our trip to the train station. We had an early departure and were not expecting breakfast, but they made sure that we had fresh coffee and a full on breakfast. It was such a welcome surprise!

The building is quaint and charming with a home-like feel. It’s in a great location for Venice, especially if you’re traveling by car like us. Roberta quickly became a friend to us, and her recommendations were all top notch. In particular, she recommended a restaurant called Trattoria Povoledo which ended up being our favorite restaurant (we ate there 2 of 3 nights!). The bus stop to Venice is just a couple minutes walk away, and Roberta helps you buy tickets. The room is small but has everything you need, and breakfast is great! All of the staff were wonderful and helped make our first stop in Italy fantastico!
