Our flight was delayed so we were late in arriving. Staff were pleasant and helpful when we arrived and provided me with directions to shop, bus etc. Due to the time of arrival, shops were closed so we couldn’t get anything in to eat that night or next morning. This is not the fault of the property but it might be good to have the option to order a basic ‘rations pack’ of milk, coffee/tea, bread or snacks etc. The host company checked in with me several times during my stay and were polite and helpful when I did ask for help. To top it off, I do not speak Italian and all communication was in English.
