Located on the fourth floor, without elevator, of a period building in good condition, the apartment is located in Via dei Neri, one of the most renowned streets of the city for its history and its buildings architecture. The property is located inside the City Center Restricted Traffic Area, be careful if you're travelling by car. The inside is organized as follows: -BEDROOM 1: double bed, split A/C, wardrobe. -BEDROOM 2: two single beds, split A/C -LIVING AREA: sofa, split A/C, dining table, TV, clothes hanger. -COOKING CORNER: 4-burner hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, moka -BATHROOM: shower, bidet, toilet. FURTHER SERVICES: independent heating, unlimited wifi, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothesline. PLEASE NOTE: if you're travelling with small children, please pay attention to the stairs. PLEASE NOTE: there may be noise during the stay due to renovations to the apartment upstairs.

The apartment is located in Santa Croce district and is less than 5 minutes walk from the homonymous Basilica. The area is an obligatory stop during your stay in Florence and walking through the neighborhood you will be enveloped by the charm and architecture of the historic center and its monuments. Although the area is very popular with tourists, it has maintained its original appearance: walking through the narrow streets and small squares, it is possible to rediscover artisan shops, typical restaurants and minor museums (Bargello).
