Sistina Flat is a nice and comfortable apartment located in the heart of Rome, in the most exclusive and suggestive neighborhood of the Eternal City, a stone's throw from Piazza di Spagna, the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. In the immediate vicinity of the "Spagna" and "Barberini" metro stations from where you can easily reach the major attractions. The strategic location of the apartment makes it the ideal place to discover the Eternal City. The structure, recently completed, is equipped with every comfort: free wi-fi, air conditioning (hot / cold), LCD TV, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen, is the ideal place to spend your "Roman holidays"!

The apartment is located in Via Sistina, in the heart of the historic center, between the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. Very close to the most exclusive streets of the city (Via Condotti, Via Frattina, etc ..) full of craft shops, shops with the best Italian high fashion brands and typical restaurants.   The Spanish Steps, where you can admire wonderful and suggestive sunsets that the Eternal City offers, is only 300 meters away. From the apartment you can reach the major attractions of Rome by walking: - Trinità dei Monti 300mt - Piazza di Spagna 400mt - Trevi Fountain 500 mt - Colosseum 2km - St. Peter's Basilica 3km A stone's throw from the apartment there are the metro stations Spagna (300mt) and Barberini (250mt) The central Termini train station is about 1.5 km away
