Walking distance to the center of town, main beach Spiaggia Grande and cozy beach of Fornillo. The villa is accessible by a narrow staircase from the main road of 70 stairs (few under Positano standards). On the ground level the entrance opens to the largest of the terraces which overlooks the sea with a large outside tables and chairs. On the far right end the terrace is covered with yet another table and chairs. A door leads you to a comfortable living area sectioned into three room divided by arches, with various sofas, smart monitor (Netflix, Prime) and a big window which frames the view as a painting. Through the living room you walk into a very spacious kitchen. on the back of the kitchen there is a storage room with washer and dryer. On the ground level there is a guest bathroom (no shower). A marble staircase brings you to the upper level. All three bedrooms are comfortable. The first is the master bedroom with queen size bed, ensuite bathroom and a balcony. Adjoining is another bedroom with queen size bed and a door opens to a large terrace with sun beds. Next is a twin bedded room also opening onto the terrace. These two bedrooms share a large bathroom with tub and shower. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
