Front desk was super friendly and extremely helpful! Attentive to answer all your questions and I felt like they remembered who I was even though I was barely there! The location was perfect as there’s plenty of restaurants in the same street, 7/11 right next door, it was perfect!

The lobby floor has an onsen available for free to those who stay here. This is a very strong pro that practically outweighs all cons. The onsen isn't too crowded and is very quiet, making it the perfect location for relaxation after a long day of walking and sightseeing. It will, without doubt, relieve all the physical pain and tiredness. This establishment also provides laundry for just 100yen with FREE dryer. Very convenient and helpful for guests staying here.

Convenient location near both Akasaka subway stations, with 7-eleven just downstairs. Free drinks in the evening and public bath (women and men have separate times) available, which is nice. Great amenities, which are eco-friendly and healthy. Overall great 6-night stay in Tokyo!

Chanicha Thailand

The location was definitely the selling point. There are 2 stations that are close by - Chiyoda line, Ginza line and Maronouchi line. These stations connect to most of the main areas in Tokyo. I also loved that you can pick your pillow type and there was an onsen. Room is of course Japan/Tokyo standards, but it's okay!

an excellent place to stay, with friendly staff and helpful, you can send your baggage the same day to the airport from their front desk and they'll help you with it, It is close to 2 important stations maronuchi and Chiyoda and Ginza train. daily room service and cleaning, washing, and drying machines available on 2F. would come back again to such place.

The area this hotel was in ended up being a lot livelier at night than I expected, but thankfully the room was still pretty quiet. It's not too far from the train station, and there's a 7-11 directly next door which was extremely convenient for getting morning and late night snacks. I shipped my luggage to this hotel and they had it waiting in my room for me, which was great. Room was a little bigger than the previous same-style hotels I had been in on the same trip, also a plus. I didn't get a chance to try the baths but I wish I had! I'd definitely stay at a Super Hotel again.

Second time staying at this hotel, if you want to read my first review it'll be floating about somewhere here (it's quite a novel ha and the service is still nearly identical). I knew exactly what I was getting and it exceeded my expectations this time around again. The location is perfect, as it's right in the middle between 2 stations and it takes you 20-40min to get around anywhere you want in Tokyo. You also have a free coffee/drink dispenser in the breakfast area that you can use after breakfast time and if you fancy leaving your room for a scenery change, you can also do some work or journaling there (there are sockets!). This time around I also had to do my laundry, which was 100 yen for the washing machine and the dryer was free! Very easy to use with clear instructions and even free laundry detergent and softener on the side for you to have fresh-smelling clothes. This definitely won't be my last time :)
