Casa Condominio Nazaré is located in the historic center of the seaside town of Nazaré. The apartment has a view over the ocean. There is a swimming pool and a tennis court that can be used free of charge. Everything a holidaymaker desires is nearby and yet it is very quietly located close to the city wall. The viewpoints 'Miradouro da Nazaré' and 'Miradouro do Suberco' are less than a five minute walk away. They offer a beautiful view over Nazaré and the Atlantic Ocean. You will also find here the 'ascensor', an elevator constructed at the end of the 18th century, which takes you to the lower town and the beach. There are several restaurants, bars, shops and markets within a five to ten minute walk. The São Miguel Arcanjo Fort, which towers over the ocean on a rock, is a 15-minute walk away. This point is also known as "the place with the highest waves in the world." This is where the surfing world championship takes place. The beach 'praia do Norte' can be reached from here, but there is a much shorter way from the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped and has a homely atmosphere. Feel welcome and enjoy!
A walk through the upper town of Nazaré is always an experience. Gazing out over the ocean from the viewpoint at the square is never boring. Restaurants and shops are also open during the winter. There are also always festivities. It is the ideal starting point to discover the region, offering something for everyone: beautiful walking and cycling opportunities, beaches with different characters, various world heritage sites are nearby, all kinds of water sports, dolphin watching, our favorite (medieval) town of Óbidos, the sanctuary in Fátima,... and last but not least: the excellent Portuguese kitchen for a very reasonable price.
