## The neighborhood One of the most typical neighbourhoods in the city, Campanhã is close to the heart of the city. The rural traditions live side by side with the recent process of modernisation. The neighbourhood is at a close distance from major spots in the city and not far from the Douro River. Its central location and proximity to Faculdade de Belas Artes, combined with the low rental prices, make it a highly searched place among students.
