Since we do not own any of the buildings all our attention is focused on the management of third parties’ buildings, which gives our investors and partners an added guarantee of professionalism and independence, has is stated by our portfolio of large institutional investors as well as small investors (who only have one apartment) . All apartments are in buildings 100% allocated to the services of Lisbon Serviced Apartments, without the risk of finding the inconvenience of sharing buildings between owner occupiers and tenants. All accommodations include a daily maid service, linen and bath and the Internet without additional charge to users.
