Everything was great. costumer service was great.

With views of Royal Victoria Dock, ibis London Excel-Docklands is less than a one-minute walk from the ExCeL exhibition center and the Emirates Air Line cable car system that leads to the O2 Arena.

Staff were lovely and the room was better than I had expected from an Ibis hotel! We had a lovely big window overlooking the docks. Other than that, it was very clean and comfortable. We were only here for one night for a concert but it was a great location to travel to the O2 (a short walk from the cable cars, my favorite!) and the station next to the ExCel will get you right to Heathrow Airport. The lobby also has nice areas to relax in with a bar and I believe a little tuck shop, but as we were only there for one night we didn't get a chance for a good look.

Just a few minutes’ walk to West Brompton Tube Station on the District line in the Tube zone 2, Ibis Earl's Court is 4 Tube stops from Harrods and 16-minutes' walk to Fulham.

Our room was finely furnished and flawlessly cleaned. Great location considering that West Brompton's tube station is within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was truly superb. Moreover,the staff was very nice and accommodating.

Just 66 feet from Aldgate East London Underground Station, ibis London City - Shoreditch has modern, air-cooled rooms. Liverpool Street Station is a 10-minute walk away.

I went for a Taylor Swift concert and they had the whole place decorated for the concert! They also were playing Taylor Swift music in the lobby the whole time.

Ibis London Stratford has a 24-hour snack bar and modern rooms with free Wi-Fi access. Stratford Station is a 10-minute walk away.

The room itself was perfect as well as the staff. The bathroom inside the room had very unique design, like a spaceship bathroom... It had this very unique and futuristic touch, really lovely. Also, the hotel per se was really nice, well equipped. There is a kettle and tea cups with free tea and coffee on the table, enough storage space for all your things (we had just backpacks, so we didn't need it), bed is very comfy. There's train station nearby with the connection to lots of lines and a shopping centre in front of the station

Really comfortable room, very clean and very pleasant staff. Me and my partner generally tend to stay at very high-end hotels and, in this case, didn't have a choice but to stay in Canary Wharf/Blackwall but were really happy with this hotel. If you're looking for something that's easily accessible in terms of getting into central London, definitely give this a try
