WOW!! So clean and so sophisticatedly modern. Beautiful from the moment you entered the hotel, to the moment you entered your room. Lovely infinity pool and open air restaurant on the 21st floor, overlooking downtown Brisbane. Abundant restaurants and shopping right outside the hotel. Have not found a hotel that beautiful… in a very long time.

Room was small but everything was comfortable and pretty quiet. I slept well in the bed. It was cozy and comfy. The concierge was super friendly, personable and helpful. He clearly loves Brisbane and gave great suggestions to go be a tourist at and places to go and eat. I took suggestions for both, and they were great. His dinner suggestions were especially excellent, and the Creole restaurant down the street was amazing. He also learned my name and called me it anytime we spoke. I would stay here again.

    The stay is amazing. The location is quite convince just next to the Roma Street station also 10 minutes walk to the central station. Everything is clean including the public area. The staff are knowledgeable and respond fast always.
