Fabulous location, excellent views. Room very comfortable and clean. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. We loved our stay.

Very clean, friendly staff, perfect location.

everything was to the standard we hoped and expected

Location was perfect - close to the port and city center and close to the train as I was coming from the airport. Staff were nice and the room as well. Breakfast was delicious with lots of different options from fruits to eggs, bacon and nice coffee.

This newly renovated hotel is a gem - primarily because the staff are first class! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always eager to assist. We had a minor issue with our fridge, and the staff went above and beyond, offering us an upgrade and bending over backwards to assist. The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was first-rate. Loved the onesie and slippers in the room, and the 9th-floor suite was stunning. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic location. Great staff very flexible.

Amazing hotel! Great location, 10 mins from CBD We got some issue with the check in process but the staff were extra friendly and nice and they sorted it out and got us some extra stuff which was very nice of them 😇 The room itself was great, very spacious and clean!!!! We got really comfy there with river views which is a nice plus

Exceptional service from the all the staff. Felt like at home.

Though very old, property kept very clean and staff were attentive. Liked the 24 hour check in

Was clean, looked nice, and good location

Ambience, check-in experience (courtesy glass of wine and orange juice), interactions with staff, breakfast

We are really happy with this hotel!! Recommend

Quick and easy walk to Elizabeth Quay and the Barrack Street Jetty, Free CAT bus nearby. I hardly needed to use uber at all. Room was small but very comfortable with everything I needed, bed was soft, tea and electric kettle provided, clean and modern bathroom, option to skip housecleaning some days to conserve resources. Staff was welcoming and helpful, 24/7 desk was perfect for my midnight arrival.

Room was excellent and the staff very helpful and polite. Their Gym arrangement is creative and exceeds expectations.

Good location, rooms comfortable and quiet, staff friendly and helpful in giving guidance on exploring Perth or in having a general chat. Breakfast were good.
