The hotel front staff was very helpful when BOOKING.COM duplicated our reservation for some reason. We had reservation receipt email so it was no problem. He was friendly and fix the problem right away and gave us options for room types. We stayed the hotel comfortable.

The room was clean and we didn’t hear all the city noises.. The location was perfect for the goals of our trip - shopping, hockey game, waterfront, art gallery - all easily accessible from this location. The bed was great.
