Great from start to finish. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and the bed is very comfortable and also breakfast was delicious. Location is great too.

Clean, good service, and central downtown location.

Great hotel, clean and big rooms, breakfast is delicious, friendly staff, location!

Excellent concierge services! It was my first visit to Vancouver and the concierge was very knowledgeable about the city and made getting around for me quite easy. Also helped with booking a city tour. The hotel is both luxurious and homely, right in the middle of downtown Vancouver!

Located in the heart of Vancouver, well connected to everything. Relatively large building but not massive, feels boutique almost. Couple of restaurants and bars. Staff is amazing.

Central location, clean and comfortable amenities, modern, very helpful and attentive staff, felt like a home away from home
