Beautiful hotel, excellent location and very comfortable room. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff was always accommodating. E.g., When checking in, I asked if I could change my assigned room to one on a higher floor: done! For meals, I sat at the bar as I was travelling by myself. All the servers were very friendly and attentive. I was there on Remembrance weekend, and as the Lord Elgin is very close to Parliament Hill and the Cenotaph, I met patriotic people from all over Canada, including members of our armed services.

Excellently situated, contemporary designed and very clean. Our room was ready for the early check-in flowing my request. The staff was very kind, especially the bellboys.

Location is the best. 99% of sightseeing is in 10-15 minutes by walk. Restaurants and shopping mall are just outside, less then 100meters away.

Everything. From early check in to late check out - the staff were very cooperative and accommodated all our requests.

Staffs are friendly and location is accessible

My grandson said I love the Ottawa and hotel it was the best day ever

Of all my previous stays, this was the first time they returned my deposit the day after check-out. I was very pleasantly surprised.

Location, room was large, clean beautiful highly recommend

All was great and we were told we were the first to sleep in our suite. We had great service front desk, bar and the crew who helped us out first night the ice machine wasn’t working and without any delays he had ice up in our room.

Our room was clean, functional, and had everything you need. Most importantly, the owner is incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure you have a pleasant stay. They offer fresh and good coffee in the morning. It was a pleasure staying here for the weekend.

Breakfast was ok room very clean

The room is clean, the location is perfect. the hotel is sparkling clean. If for any reason I am in Ottawa again I will still book this hotel.

We loved our stay here. The room is clean and staff are very friendly. Location is near to the famous destinations. Everything is at a walkable distance. Coffee and extra towels, soap are provided and you can just pick it up from the shelf.

It’s neat and has a lot of amenities

Close to area attractions. Within walking distance of Parliament
