Everything was great from check in! Roberto was very kind and gave us very detailed instructions for places to visit. He even offered complimentary breakfast which was very very kind. There was a bottle of wine in the room which was a great gesture. The room was super clean and very spacious. Location is great to be in a local neughborhood but to be in walking or public transportation distance to touristic areas. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Madrid.

We are enjoying staying in this hotel. Very clean and the staffs are friendly. Room is big enough for 3 persons. Comfy beds, love it. Lovely large shower. Water available in the room. Nice breakfast Excellent location, is not very busy. Train/metro station and bus stop are in front of the hotel. Within 15 minutes you will be at Gran Via. Free storage baggage. Ironing room available.
