Strategic location, nice staff

Great, clean hotel! air conditioning is working properly, good view on Roundhouse, underground station of Northern line nearby. The only only thing is that to get to most of locations need to switch to another line eventually. Comfort bed, low noise even on a night when England played a game with Norway and there is a pub on the ground floor. Very satisfied with the room. Friendly staff, reception working 24/7.

The room was perfect. Comfortable, with everything we needed. Plus good blackout ;)

Everything about this hotel was perfect for us. Location was fantastic, lovely clean room and recently decorated.bed was super comfy, Breakfast was great and staff were lovely. Very close to the Emirates stadium and links to get into central London. Parking outside is free on weekends. Would definitely return to this hotel

Meglha at reception is very nice and accommodating. She provided me what stuffs I need and always started a conversation with a smiley face. She deserves a promotion for sure.

Great but shower drain needed declogging

Location was excellent, so convenient for Kings Cross. Room was very warm on a cold day and night in London! And the staff were wonderful - I needed to check in early and the front desk lady was able to provide me with a room better than what was booked. Exceptional customer service!

The friendliest, most welcoming people that went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The pub has delicious food. The room was charmingly decorated, well appointed and very clean.

Superb attention to detail in the rooms is obvious from the free standing tub to the fixtures. The paint choices are elegant and relaxing. Fresh baked cookies delivered on a tray in the afternoon. And, most importantly, the food. Make sure to go and invite friends or sit solo and enjoy the great love and care they put into their menu, spirits and wine. Start a conversation and you'll quickly realize it's love for these things that makes the place what it is. And a lot of determination of course. If I lived in London this would be a regular spot for me. Checks all the boxes.

Everything was walking distance. The rooms were clean. Staff was incredibly kind. There was security outside every building so it was always safe. I also appreciated that they moved my luggage to the room for me when I left my luggage to store at the front desk. There’s also a free cleaning service if you stayed more than a week.

Quirky rooms and the areas to enjoy a drink

The double glazing was impressive - no noise from Camden High St. Shower unit new and effective. Breakfast was tasty.

Location was great. Close to all historical places, but not in the area crowded with tourists—many places to have a coffee and good food around.

Had breakfast one AM. It was bountiful. Close to tube. A/C appreciated. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location is super close to the Swiss Cottage tube station, and the walk between both is well lit and feels safe. The room was spacious and well lit, and the breakfast was tasty (the hashbrowns were my favorite).
