Staff members were outstanding. Breakfast was very basic. We received an upgrade while celebrating our anniversary. The staff remained excellent and kind. Although the room sat on the fourth floor and was hard to reach without a lift, managing a two-year-old with a stroller and luggage made it somewhat difficult. Overall, it was a great experience.

It's very charming. Comfortable room and lovely places to hang out and chat with friends and have a cocktail. Must amusingly was the staff who were so friendly and made us feel right at home. Such a great cozy place full of character.

Great value for money, Great breakfast, adding fresh vegetables and various cheeses and other options to the standard English breakfast. Perfect location at the center of the beachfront. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Great location and excellent staff

Excellent location for a visit! Walking from the hotel along the sea was very nice; Brighton by day and by night. Not far from the train station; we walked with 2 suitcases from the station to the hotel; it was not tiring at all by going through the city center. Seafront and the beach was just in front of the hotel; the excellent restaurant just below (The Regency Restaurant - seafood dishes!). Very good choice for breakfast, given the size of the hotel. We loved it! The hotel staffs (front desk - breakfast team) were very resourceful!

Savage value for a ground floor twin booked last minute on a Sunday afternoon. The room was bright and airy. The bed was very comfortable and the desk was great for taking care of some paper work. My room was advertised as shared bath but it was really only a shared toilet as there was a good hot shower in the room, itself! I grew up in this business and can grade tough. So, while, the QB is showing some signs of wear, it is still well worth it because they do extend a warm welcome. I, also, more that they are putting money into the place and I'm sure it will be much improved in a year's time. Also, the £8 voucher for breakfast at the Regency is well worth it.

Staff was helpful and kind and the room was comfortable with a great view. Great location too as the beach and all other activities are within a short walk!

Location was nice, (middle of Brighton, and next to train station), bed was a little uncomfortable but for the price it’s still great value.

the staff were super fun. The rooms were so well done and great themes and fun. The bar was a happy place great for meeting the other guests and staff. The breakfast was the best I had on my trip to the English coast. Great view of the sea from our room. Lots of things to do around the hotel. Great neighbourhood. Wonderful shops along the Kings Rd near by. A whole aray of resturaunts and bars within the vicinty. Will be recommending this hotel to all our friends here in the USA and in the UK.

Very welcoming & helpful on arrival

This is my third time staying at this hotel, and I've been satisfied each time. I liked that nobody really entered my messy room (my bad) except to put fresh towels on the corner of the bed. Overall, great, and I look forward to my already booked next stay.
