Exceptional room! Everything was perfect, beautiful decor/design, bed very comfortable with cozy down comforter that was just amazing! Lovely spacious bathroom. Staff was lovely as well.

The location was great, I chose it because we were going to Harry Potter World and the shuttle bus was nearby. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was lovely and the sofa bed was comfortable too.

Just 20 minutes from Central London by train, this hotel just off the A412 has close connections to the M25 and M1 and is 2 minutes from Watford Junction Train Station.

Whoever takes care of the cleanliness of this place deserves recognition for a great job they are doing. This was one of the cleanest hotels I have visited in a long time. Proximity to train station- Junction is super convenient, about three minutes. Great place to stay when visiting Harry Potter studios. Reception staff was very friendly and helpfull, breakfast food selection great and it was fresh and tasty. Definitely exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel stay.
