Room and Cleanliness, out of the charts

Loved the ambience in the lobby and the Starbucks coffee! Staff very helpful at entrance as one door was closed.

Room was amazing with big bed and big soft bed which fit both our kids, Breakfast was amazing with all food variety needed for everyone to be happy… We tried the restaurant for dinner in the hotel and both pasta and pizza were amazing… the hotel is far from city however we liked that it is near the airport for short stay … all staff were very helpful and talkative , they wanted to make sure our stay was as expected and better … Mcdonalds is 15 min walk from the hotel… public transport buses are just infront of the hotel

Room was clean and beautiful. With all needed amenities. Breakfast was very good and service was excellent.

My room was clean and the bed really comfortable. I slept like a baby. Big kitchen and clean bathrooms/ toilets. For this price I am extremely glad I chose the place to stay.

It’s convenient, a stone throw from the airport. The breakfast was great and the staff are very helpful. Will stay here again.

Clean room, spacious, comfortable bed with plenty of outlets to charge Electronic devices.

We arrived early, but the front desk representative, Marijal, was extremely helpful she was able to get us a room at 1.o'clock. She was very professional and represented the hotel excellent. The towels were fluffy, and the beds were very comfy. The best nights rest during my vacation.

Everything except deposit money

Incredible price per quality, perfect location, it took me less than 10 minutes walk to reach the hotel once off the plane. Spotless room, super comfortable bed and pillow, I had two perfect nights sleep. The staff was really friendly and helpful. WiFi was great in all parts of the hotel. Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious! A special thank you to the kitchen staff always helpful and present to help everybody during a very busy time at breakfast. Breakfast is available from 5 am and there also options to have it to take away, brilliant if you need to catch an early flight. I chose to stay a second night even if my meeting was in central London as it takes around 45 minutes via the Elizabeth line to reach Liverpool Street Station from the hotel. Overall am abolsutely brilliant experience and highly recommended. Also excellent hotel's architecture and interior design!
