Very courteous staff and great amenities.

Its a beautiful boutique property. The whole property looks like a story book in which every room is lika a different page. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is decent. The reception staff are quite accomodating and friendly. Its a 100% cashless hotel. All in all, we had a very good stay

We had a great stay at Hyatt Place London City East. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, easily accommodating our family of four. What really made the difference, though, was the staff, they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their friendliness made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again!

Eclectic, fun, v comfortable, v. good food via Chef Aurelia

Beautifully appointed room, quiet , understated luxury, relaxed staff , fabulous location.

Hidden Gem! This place is fantastic - the rooms are fabulous from design, comfortable, books to read, toiletries, room service - EVERYTHING! The staff were wonderful. I had to extend my stay and due to the lateness had to move to another room (totally fine) and equally the other room was great also - and the staff were so accommodating and helpful. Restaurant downstairs and rooftop bar/restaurant - both great food and service. Location 10/10!

We got engaged they offered deserts to us, beautiful ! The lady at the reception was super professional and kind, really nice

the location and the price to stay here were great. The staff were amazing and very helpful.

Everything! The hospitality was beyond words — Efe is an absolute legend. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home, offering help and kindness at every step. The room was spotless, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches. Truly the warmest and most genuine experience we’ve ever had in a hotel. If there were a way to give more than 10 stars, this place would deserve it without question! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a level of generosity and warmth that we’ve never experienced anywhere before. The place itself was perfect — clean, cozy, beautifully maintained, and in an excellent location. But what made it truly special was the human touch. Efe’s kindness and generosity turned a regular trip into a lifetime memory. 💫 Thank you, Efe — you are a legend! We can’t wait to come back! 💫

I liked the support of the staff.

Good price and half way between the tourist area of London and the O2

The reception staff were first class and as weary travellers we received a calming and friendly welcome.

Quiet seclusion / Great location / First rate breakfast / Yurt Cafe adjacent was wonderful.

The staffs were very helpful and was always keeping up to see if I need anything

Spacious studio close to whitechappel subway, friendliness of staff, especially of the two ladies "manning" the evening desk
