Vibe. Yes the Vibe of the place is positive with everyone smiling and welcoming. This is very important for me where ever i travel. It’s a amazing place almost close to city centre and a just few minutes walk from the bus station where the bus #300 comes from the airport, while going back to airport ask the reception where you can catch the 300 # bus to airport- it’s just 1 minute from the hotel. The breakfast is awesome with all healthy stuff ( thumbs up for the smoked salmon and natural yogurt) The room is clean and has crisp clean nice bedding, the bathroom too is clean and non smelly. The staff is very welcoming, caring and friendly. I was specially impressed by Amie and Rogers the chef. They were very kind and extremely helpful. If ever i return back to this place, it will be to experience the hospitality of Amie and Rogers. Sofie on the reception was very sweet. Take my guarantee about this place- you will not be disappointed

The room was exceptional - nice and big - lovely decor and modern. Big bathroom with lovely powerful shower. Turn down service was a surprise and lovely. The meal was amazing - my husband was worried the portions would be small but they were great and tasted lovely too. Great value as we got the £30 2 course deal. The restaurant wasnt busy which is a shame as it is very good. Service was lovely and staff very friendly Location for central belfast great Have told colleagues Fitz should be the go to hotel to stay in in Belfast - much better that the Europa! Nice view from the room

The staff are very friendly, professional and efficient. Two thumbs up for the receptionist! Breakfast was good and the servers very nice. i love the location, very central. If you are lucky you get a slot at the parking which is limited within the premise. Will definitely go back!

The apartment is fabulous. It's enormous, plenty of room for three people and the kitchen was fully equipped. It's one of the nicest apartments we've ever stayed in.

This is a beautifully restored property and a very comfortable and relaxed hotel. The ambience is professional but relaxed. The taxi service is also first rate - we waited no longer than a couple of minutes for taxis any time we ordered from the front desk. The location is perfect for anyone visiting the Titanic Experience next door.
