Comfortable and great location

great service by all the staff. very clean and good linens.

Diane at front desk was amazing, she was very helpful indicating where to go and how to get to different places. Hotel was great, good location. Excellent breakfast!

The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is excellent, with a bus stop for line no. 24 nearby that takes you to all the main attractions. It’s very easy to find your way around from here, and it offers great value for the price

I loved the coziness and comprehensiveness of services and amenities, never mind the central location. The morning staff who did breakfast service were especially delightful, and the bed, bathroom toiletries, and shower were up to my high standards. Unlike most hotels in London, it was also really, truly quiet at night. And the cocktail bar in the basement is such a lovely haven. Have the bar manager make you his favorite drink!

The hotel has a very convenient location. It’s close to the train station. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet with coffee shops and restaurants nearby. This is the third time my husband and I stay at this hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great location. Clean bedding and prompt communication.

Nice people running the hotel and the location is great. The team was accomodating for a last minute booking.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how much value the hotel offered for the price. The staff greeted us warmly, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While settling in, we discovered that the steamer in our room wasn't working. However, as soon as we mentioned it to the front desk, they immediately offered to bring us an iron, which was delivered to our room within minutes—such thoughtful and attentive service!

Very old house, not maintained properly

The location was good, and the staff was helpful

location, staff met the needs, everything was clean

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT, I WAS HESITANT READING SOME REVIEWS BUT IT WAS GREAT. GREAT LOCATION, WE WALKED ALMOST EVERYWHERE. COMFY BED, GOOD WATER PREASURE SHOWER, THE ROOM IS SMALL BUT IT WAS MORE THAT ENOUGH TO HAVE A NICE PLACE TO SLEEP. THE PLACE LOOKS RENOVATED. FRONT DESK WAS REALLY AND ACCOMMODATING WITH ME.
