How can I explain my experience at this hotel. I had such an ultimate time that I will be back again at the same hotel great location the man who runs it owns it has a restaurant food was delicious the hospitality was awesome. He also does tourism that was incredible he took me all to every site in areas. He took me to Bethlehem was jesus was born he took me to Nazareth where jesus lived he also took me the house of The virgin Mary. If you want an ultimate tour guide this gentleman is the man who will do this from the kinders of his heart. And the name of the gentleman is named Kasim.

The building is historic, wonderful. Just the lobby and you are transported to the past. Location awesome, the host is incredible Knowledgeable and keen to assist. Stuff is great.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent, from the beautiful atmosphere and comfortable rooms to the friendly and welcoming staff. The service was outstanding, and everyone especially Abed(Abu Daoud) went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and I truly felt at home throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The location was exceptional - right in the heart of the Christian quarter of the Old City. The staff was kind and stayed up super late for our delayed arrival, and he upgraded our room to a fantastic two bed room with a separate private terrace. Amazing!

Speaking as an American family, we Celebrate the Rivoli Hotel’s staff (Nadel, Sam, and Dave) who were very kind to us and knowledgeable about the local sites. A rental car agency from the airport was terrible to us, rendering the rental car inoperable via satellite, then operable again via a new code on the car’s pin-pad 2 days later, so the Rivoli Hotel staff went out of their way to assist us in our down time. Their Hotel was a great spot to stay serving a fine breakfast in a beautiful dining room, right across the street from the OId Jerusalem City walls and near its Damascus Gate entrance (between the Christian and Muslim quarters) and “Zechariah’s Cave” in old Jerusalem. To walk around and see the sites where Jesus the Messiah walked and was risen from the tomb was astounding!! The Hotel is also near the Albright American-founded Archaeological Institute on Salah St. The Hotel operators had a unique Hebrew and Arab pact for working in peace together there and observing Shabbat, so be sure if you check-in on a Friday or Saturday to bring a copy of your reservation as their culture observes not working (such as going through computer systems) during Shabbat. The property is on a side road off of the main road with a parking area directly next door. The parking area cost 60 ILS a day. It is less than a mile to the Gate of Herod and slightly further to the Damascus Gate. We were able to easily explore the Old City and shops to visit. The rooms have a refrigerator, clean, nice mirror closet, clean towels and Dead Sea Soaps. We were there when “raging lion” war started on June 13. The owner Musharraf advised us to travel to Jordan and take the Amman Queen Ali airport to our destination. We did as he told and made it back to the US.

It was an amazing adventure to stay in such a place. Will definitely come again.

Amazing hotel, the living history of Jerusalem! The best location in the Old City and the family that runs this unique place is very special! Totally recommend for a real taste of Jerusalem and for a historical experience and great hospitality!

The location of the hotel was excellent. Right in the heart of the Christian Quarter, you can easily reach the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, the Western Wall, and Al-Aqsa Mosque within a 10-minute walk. It is also very close to shops, restaurants, money exchangers, and a taxi stand. The room was spacious. The free breakfast was superb. I had it every single day I was there, and there was a daily serving of eggs prepared in more than one way, accompanied by a wide variety of cheeses, olives, and sometimes even falafel. What stood out to me personally was the staff. They were extraordinarily helpful and welcoming and can easily enter your heart. Mariah, Nasser, and Ayad were kind and courteous, and I simply can't look back to this trip without thinking about them. One member of staff was Mr. Jamal. He truly went above and beyond in making sure my stay in Jerusalem was warm and comfortable. He possesses an intimate knowledge not just of the Holy City, but also of the surrounding towns and cities. Jamal is the star of the show here, and he also offers guided tours. He would not hesitate to share his knowledge and assistance with you. If I were to go back to Jerusalem, I would book at the Gloria Hotel any day of the week. اخوكم عبدالعزيز من العراق
