this hotel was excellent from the moment we walked in until the moment we checked out! the rooms were clean and really beautiful, the staff is friendly and so kind. we were traveling with 2 small children and they felt right at home! super convenient location in Murano! my husband and I booked a spa treatment for our last day and Elisabetta who did both of our treatments was so sweet and made our stay at the hotel feel incredible. She really showed that she cared about us and what we needed from our relaxing morning. highly recommend booking a treatment as well when you stay at this hotel! the hotel is located about a 3 min walk from the Navagero actv stop too so even though it’s not on Venice mainland, it’s so easy to get there in about 20 mins!

Amazingly helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. Right by the Fte Nove stop which means a quick trip from the airport. Easy to walk or take the vaporetto anywhere in Venice. Quiet rooms and simple but filling and delicious breakfast. Shower was plenty hot with good pressure - yes, it's a bit small, about the size of an RV bathroom but we care more about the warmth and pressure. They were able to keep our bags after checkout. Will absolutely stay here next time.
