Soundproofing is super at this newly constructed/renovated place. The staff/owners are very nice and welcoming. Walking distance to the leaning tower of Pisa, ample space for street parking

Rooms were extremely spacious, clean and comfortable. Bed was really good. Pillows were soft. Bathroom was really big, which I did not expect. Breakfast was very nice, superb. Lemon cake was exceptional. Ample parking space. The bus stop was right outside the hotel, which made our trip to see the Leaning Tower very smooth. On our way back, we walked for around 40 min and we were at the hotel. There is also a good café right behind the hotel. All in all, an excellent option to stay in Pisa.

The manager is extremely helpful and professional. He went out of his way to ensure all guest stay is pleasant. The front desk staff is knowledgeable and courteous.
