Super Hôtel, Great Staff and good location near to train station (30 mn from the airport). We recommend

The location is great, walkable to the main tourist attractions and Trastevere where is a lively neighborhood full of restaurants! All hotel staff are so kind, helpful and adorable. Pasquale and Mia are especially caring, helping us with our needs

Beautiful design, simplicity, comfort, friendly staff, good food

This is a wonderful hotel. Good location near to the metro, a short walk to Aventine Hill. Breakfast every day is a delight, lots of variety and the wonderfully friendly staff at breakfast makes for a great start to the day.

Incredibly beautiful and large room with comfortable bed and modern design.

The hotel has a very authentic italian feel. The facilities are great. The pool makes it unique in the area.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.

Amazing place, architecture is magnificent ! Special thanks for Nino

This was our 4th stay at Hotel San Francesco in 9 years. It is always a great and happy experience there. Sylvia and Daniele are the perfect hosts. The location in Trastevere is fantastic with gorgeous sites and restaurants. Rooms are excellent and clean, breakfast is delicious and their rooftop restaurant Jacopa is fantastic with spectacular views. All staff are lovely and speak great English. We will be back.

All the staffs are the nicest and friendliest I've ever met. Patricia, Olivia, the filipino guy so sorry i forgot his name but he was so nice as well. They served breakfast as well. A light breakfast but good. And the best part is that the lady i forgot her name she made sure to refill everything. Very attentive to the guests. So, yes the thing i like about in this hotel is their superb service. So for me it is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was here in Rome last year as well but this is thr friendliest and has a superb service Oh and the vicinity as well is perfect. Because there are a lot of restaurants nearby and at night the place are so lively and you feel a happy vibes..

Great rooms, very comfortable bed, Cristiana was a wonderful host & extremely helpful. Would recommend this hotel & it's location in Trastavere.

Hotel Carmel is an adorable little hotel, in a great vacation and one of the sweetest balconies. We had a wonderful stay and will surely go back

Loved this place! Smooth and simple self-check in process. They even offered to store our luggage after checking out. Place was super clean and I loved the wall paper & furnishings in our room. Right outside our window was a grape vine, the entrance has a bunch of beautiful flowers and a public water tap was just around the corner. It was a great place to cool off and rest after a long day of sight seeing. Also cool to learn that this place was a former monastery! Neighbor hood was fantastic. Immediately vicinity was calm and quiet but you are only a short walk away from bars and restaurants. The Colosseum, Palatine Hill and Roman forum were less than a 20 minute walk away.

Everything was clean, the staff was really nice, we really liked the food and the location is good. 10/10

The staff was very helpful. There was a hiccup the first night with some footsteps audible from the upstairs room, but they were very accommodating and moved me to a more isolated place the following night. Everyone there was very friendly and polite. I had a great time
