The location was ideal for our travels in Sapporo. Very convenient to get to from the train station or subway station without having to walk outside on the road to cross the streets. Easy access to stores with the underground passageway without having to go outside in the heat or rain. The hotel staff was very welcoming and accommodating.

Location of the hotel is fantastic, walkable to major attractions with public transportation close by. Room is comfortable, quiet and comfy beds. Having washer/dryer in room is a big plus, no extra time wasted at a laundry room. The best part is service, front desk staff seem to assume maintenance and concierge roles, extremely productive and helpful. Many thanks to all the staff. Special thanks to 玉子 who spent a lot of time helping me book a last-minute bus tour online, although it was not successful due to account registration issue for foreigners, the level of customer care is beyond my expectation. Also special thanks to the gentleman who helped us to fix the Wifi issue in our room. who was probably the manager on duty that day. If you cannot book the bus tours online (usually they require 24-48 hours advanced booking), try the Chuo Bus ticketing office right outside of Sapporo Station.

The room and everything was very clean and modern. Decent size room considering this is in Japan. All the staffs were very friendly and helpful the entire time we were there. The hotel is not in tall building so I feel more comfortable if there's any earthquake. Sapporo Factory which is a shopping mall is just across the street from the hotel. There are restaurants, stores and market that are quite convenient.

    Across the street from Sapporo Station! Glass covered building with a glass elevator. Compared to other hotel’s facades that I’ve stayed at in Japan for more than double the price, this hotel was impressive to see on arrival. The lobby is very modern as well. The front desk staff are polite and helpful. You check yourself in at a kiosk. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I asked for an extra pillow, and they got it for me promptly. I can’t believe the quality you get for such a affordable price!

    This is a great place to stay in Sapporo. Perfect location if you will be doing day trips/short adventures as it is literally less than a 5 minute walk to Sapporo station. Nice onsen, great breakfast. My room was larger than average for hotels in this price range. The price for this lodging was the best value of all the places that I stayed at in a 3 week trip to Japan. I know where to stay the next time that I am in Sapporo!

    Room was very comfortable and bigger than a normal Japanese hotel room in my experience. I didn't end up using it but they have a airport and ski bus that pick up right at the hotel. Sapporo station is a close walk. Communication was very easy with the front desk.

    I’ve been staying in another Sotetsu Fresa Inn Hotel chain but this one has the best value. Great location, you come out the door and you can see the Train Station. But you can also walk to many important places in Susukino and Sapporo station area from this hotel. The room is pretty spacious for Japan standard. The staffs are incredible helpful and they can speak english well.

    Nice Japanese breakfast. Very good location near the Susukino Site Ice Sculptures. Few blocks away from Minami 3-jo bus stop of Airport Limousine Bus coming from New Chitose Airport. Staff very helpful in calling a taxi for us upon our hotel check out to go to Sapporo Station to ride the Rapid Train to New Chitose Airport.
