Location of the hotel is fantastic, walkable to major attractions with public transportation close by. Room is comfortable, quiet and comfy beds. Having washer/dryer in room is a big plus, no extra time wasted at a laundry room. The best part is service, front desk staff seem to assume maintenance and concierge roles, extremely productive and helpful. Many thanks to all the staff. Special thanks to 玉子 who spent a lot of time helping me book a last-minute bus tour online, although it was not successful due to account registration issue for foreigners, the level of customer care is beyond my expectation. Also special thanks to the gentleman who helped us to fix the Wifi issue in our room. who was probably the manager on duty that day. If you cannot book the bus tours online (usually they require 24-48 hours advanced booking), try the Chuo Bus ticketing office right outside of Sapporo Station.

Convenient location (4 or 5 blocks from the Susukino subway station) with lots of restaurants and shopping within a reasonable distance. A bit longer walk to Odori Park. Staff is great, rooms are clean and comfortable. Pleasant public bath. Would stay here again.

    The location is unbeatable. The Tanukikoji shopping street is right downstairs with shops and restaurants. Breakfast and hot bath are also very good and not crowded at all. The room size is not very spacious, but big enough for a family of three (compared to most Japanese hotels), and it's super clean. Highly recommend for short stays in Sapporo.

    Room was decently big with enough space to open up our suitcases, and bed was comfortable for us. Location was convenient for where we wanted to get to, bus stop for the airport limousine was just round the corner, and walks straight out of hotel into tanukikoji shopping street.

    This hotel has everything you need! Free snacks on checkin, had a laundry on site and there's a Lawson’s next door. The bathroom had a separate toilet and sink with a more spacious bath area which was nice and more old Japanese bath style. It was a close walk to Susukino and Tanukikoji shopping street and it had a comfy bed. The little Japanese crane in the room is a cute addition. Our room looked out to a pretty Japanese style garden which you could also view from the reception area. APA never disappoints.

    Starbucks and good bakery just downstairs. There is no public bath but the hotel room has a full Japanese style bathroom with great water pressure. Staff service was excellent. Room could be dusted a little bit better but is otherwise clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Sapporo clock tower, Odori park, tv tower and Tanukikoji shopping street, malls. Connects to large underground shopping path and subway.

    Great location, directly above the underground shopping mall and a short walk from the Susukino subway station and the tramline is out the front. The 7 block long Tanukikoji shopping street is virtually next door to the hotel as well. Very nice room with excellent facilities. Be prepared to be confused by the Knot coins game which is a simple incentive scheme, but you might get a free drink!

    Hotel had everything we needed. Great location next to Tanukikoji Shopping Street. Onsen was nice. The tv even shows you how busy the onsen is. Also shows you if the washing machines and dryers are free. All the toiletries and teas are downstairs so just take them up to your room. Overall a good hotel with everything you need in a great location. Wifi was good.

    The location of the hotel is well positioned and accessible (both by foot, train or car). On the other side of the hotel is the famous Tanukikoji Shopping Street, providing us access to both the pharmacy and great food selections. The in-house onsen is another great hit! Didn't expect a 3-star hotel to have an onsen that is so well furnished! Kudos to the team for rendering us such a fantastic Sapporo experience! Highly recommend this place to any visitors.

    The location is superb - centrally located and close to the Tanukikoji shopping street where you can have the best food and shopping experiences. Price: value for money. Do note that there is no public bath in the hotel. Comfort & Cleanliness: very good. bonus: there is a washer & dryer in the room. It would be convenient for those who have travelled around and need to do some laundry, though I did not use it at all.
