Excellent breakfast that prepared me for a full day of travel. Beautiful, elegant hotel with so many amenities. In the middle of everything but manages to feel quiet and serene, like an oasis in Tokyo. Absolutely loved it!

    The rooms are simple, but very tasteful. They include the basic amenities you need such as pajamas, hair dryer, bathroom amenities. The restaurant downstairs had a wonderful breakfast and very friendly staff. The beds were firm but comfortable for us. The area is very convenient to Tokyo Station, which is an attraction in and of itself with shopping and food, etc. The hotel is also very close to Imperial Palace.

    Excellent location for Tokyo--easy to get to Tokyo Station and to walk to places of interest in Ginza. The rooms were small but comfortable; the staff was accommodating and friendly. Also, we appreciated the little bar of necessities and the general eco-friendly ethos of the hotel. Breakfast choices (Japanese, Western, Vegetarian) were all tasty--surprisingly, I enjoyed the vegetarian breakfast the most. Lounge area where you could relax and snack was welcome, considering the small room sizes.

    Incredible location next to the Tokyo station. After a long flight this hotel was heavily. Wonderful shower with excellent water pressure. Comfortable bed and cold air conditioner. It was a prefect hotel for our first night in Tokyo. I would absolutely return to this hotel.

    The place was in a great location. It was an easy walk to the Tokyo station which was great since it rained the day we stayed. The hotel definitely caters to travelers which is great. They had great amenities and they were very welcoming. Personally, I don't like that part of Tokyo as much as Shinjuku, but we only stayed one night and then took the Narita Express to the airport so it was perfect!

    Very convenient location, close to Tokyo Station and Nihombashi Station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. On hot days, cool wipes, popsicles, fans etc are provided in the lobby. In the evening, snacks are also available in the lobby. Just a reminder - Don’t expect large rooms. Everything in Japan is tiny. This hotel is no exception but everything is there.

    This hotel was a great place to stay for the value. Reviews said the rooms are small, but we had a two twin bed room and we had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff is kind and helpful, most knew English quite well (an unexpected bonus!). There are two washers and dryers that were also a great resource. It is a ten to fifteen minute walk to Tokyo Station. I would definitely stay here again.

    Decent size room for a reasonable japan hotel. The location was excellent. The Kyobashi station for the Ginza line was a few minute walk away and Tokyo station was a less than 10 minute walk. No frills, clean and cost effective. I didn't eat the breakfast because I prefer to find my own culinary delights.

    Getting from NRT to Tokyo Bay (Disney) area: JR train from NRT to Tokyo station is easy. Transfer to line to Mirihama Station (to catch monorail) is NOT! Do not try to drag luggage. Having it shipped ahead of time to hotel is good plan. Be sure to communicate with hotel ahead of time so they will store it for you.
