The staff was so friendly, professional and accommodating. The property was beautiful, modern and spotless. The room was large and extremely clean. The location was so convenient, next to several train lines making it easy to get to all the sights in Seoul. Also very easy to travel to the hotel from the airport using the AREX train and metro. On our flight out of Seoul, we opted for the hotel to arrange for a hotel van with child seat, very easy! I would gladly stay here again!

    It is actually very long, but it was quite relaxing...

    It is actually very long, but it was quite relaxing following this river pathway. You can also find directions on the wall for how far along are the next skipping stones to move from one side to another.

    The location was lovely, a 1 minute walk to Cheonggyecheon, near to everything I wanted to see dring my quick trip ! I really enjoyed the giant bathtub in my room, and the free breakfast (helpful, because barely any cafes in Korea serve breakfast or open before 10 or 11 am). The room was cute, and the hotel had a charming lobby cafe and outdoor area to sit in with lots of plants. Very gram-able, if that's your thing.

    We are generally happy with the accommodation. It was clean and regularly cleaned. It met our expectations, considering the stars and price paid. We really liked the location (walking distance to a lot of things). The kids especially appreciated being close to the Cheonggyecheon. Shower pressure is excellent, and we appreciated having a bathtub for kids.

    The staff was friendly and helpful! The location was nice-- right on the Cheonggyecheon and my room had nice big windows overlooking it, though there was lots of foliage already. For a Korean room, though, it was nice to have big sunny windows. Even on a Saturday night, it was quiet at bedtime. I was just in town for a night, but for long-term travelers, I assume the kitchenette and washing machine might be nice. The bathroom was not tiny. Also for longer term travelers, there were some books in the kitchen cupboard.

    Great location, close to the subway and lots of eateries. Bonus was location so close to Cheonggyecheon stream which was lovely during a morning walk. The hanok was very clean and comfortable. The 2 bathrooms was great for our group of 5 and plenty of space.
