i like everything, food, location, and staff. This is the only hotel i’ve been through that offers unlimited cold bottled water and their 24 hour cafe that serves hot sandwiches, fruits, juices and coffee. keep it up.

Not sure what we were expecting, but both my wife and I did not remember we reserved three nights in a 5 start hotel! The lobby is beautiful and champagne on arrival. Very attentive, accommodating, and helpful staff. A big spacious room. And right on the Zocalo, but main entrance is to a pedestrian only street which is very nice.
