The house is AMAZING! Rooms are very comfortable and beautifully decorated. There are snacks and drinks. Skip (the owner) was very friendly and helpful. We felt like home. Location is walking distance to Xcaret parks. Its a bit far from the city but very close to bus stop to the city center. There is no other place I would stay in Playa del Carmen!

The room was beautifully designed, had all the necessities including a kitchenette and the hotel had hammocks and a pool. On top of that, the monkeys that visited the hotel grounds daily were the highlight of the stay! We could feed them on the ground floor as well as in our own balcony. The hotel was half an hour away from Xel-Ha park and is also extremely close to Xcaret parks Xplor and Xenses.

everything was amazing, beautiful view, very exclusive and clean. honestly we were very much pampered. Guillermo and libertad were available for anything we needed and always making sure we were happy. Jorge who was in charge of food and drinks by the beach he was very attentive during our stay so overall great service!!!

The property is beautiful! The antiques are interesting, there’s a bit of mystery and history everywhere, from the chapel at the back to the cenote. If you’re looking for a modern, sterile hotel in shades of grey, this isn’t it. This feels like visiting your lovely cousins who welcomed you to come hang out for the weekend. The grounds have great plants, the pool area is inviting. There’s so much greenery. There’s an outdoor kitchen that’s open for use. The sheets we had were high quality, felt like a bit of linen. Bed was firm, area surprisingly quiet considering we’re so close to the highway.

Close to the beach and the fun, very reasonable rates for a full efficiency (but with all those restaurants why cook?) Healthy breakfast, huge beautiful lobby, wifi always works, friendly staff - they just have it solid.
