As soon as we walked in, it was a wow factor. We were taken to the 50th Floor for priority check in as we upgraded to enjoy the EQ Club and were given exceptional service. The concierge did not explain about the room as he wanted it to be a surprise and again a big wow factor. We left totally satisfied with the hotel and staff. Would definitely stay there again. Walking distance to the twin towers.

The hotel is beautiful, Malaysian culture inspired theme. The staff (Bell from Atas, Kiky at Reception, Wendy from UrSpa) were hospitable and provided us with care. The breakfast was truly exceptional. We stayed in the hotel for a week and everyday there is something new for you to have for breakfast. The hotel is clean. It is located near KLCC were you can go and visit Aquaria.

    There are many other street foods available for a lot less and without the touristic fanfare. The Nest on Imbi (Jalan Imbi) offers better priced foods during the day and some of them into the evening with large fans overhead.

    “I stayed at StarQ Hotel Bukit Bintang and it was a great experience. The location is perfect — only a short walk to Jalan Alor, Pavilion, and the MRT station, which made it very easy to explore Kuala Lumpur. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and ready to help. I also liked the rooftop garden that’s open 24 hours, a nice spot to relax in the evening. Overall, good value for money and I would definitely stay here again!”

    The view from the hotel was really good. The location is a bit far from the chaos but perfect distance from Jalan Alor food street. If you're a Bangladeshi and crave tea, then there's a tea selling store beside the hotel. Superstores are nearby and some cute boutique cafes are right behind the hotel street. The apartment is clean; overall a good experience.

The name of the hotel is AQ hotel when you google search. English is widely used in KL, you will have no issues with the staff, they are very helpful.

    Great value apartment with very living room and comfortable beds, and good amenities. The staff are so cooperative and helpful. Location within most beautiful and calm area of bukit ceylon just 10 min walk to jalan alor and 15 to times square. There's market, grocery, bar and café, and amazing robotic coffee machine with more than 50 choices. The view of apartment is great I attached photo below. Security guards are soo nice and helpful.

    I highly recommend this place! The location is fantastic. The apartment is close to Changkat, Jalan Alor, Bukit Bintang, and Pavilion, all within walking distance. The room is very spacious and comes with a bathtub and a balcony. I enjoyed my stay immensely and plan to come back soon. The staff are friendly as well.
