Amazing experience. The room (29th floor) was spacious, clean and well designed. The food and service were outstanding. I stayed there for 7 nights in August 2025 with my wife and son and had a blast. Super friendly and helpful staff, attention to detail and good value for the price compared to other 5 star hotels.

It’s in the middle of the city, 1 minute walk to KLCC, yet it has a calming ambiance and the room is quiet and protected from all the hustle and bustle of the city. Also the cleanliness was unbelievable, i really was expecting a dusty toilet and room,since that is the majority of most hotel’s problem, but i was wrong and was impressed.

    All the staff were super friendly. The lady who checked up in was very kind and informed us where the nearest bank was since were didn't have cash in hand. Everytime we left or return to the hotel, staff would greet us each time and often asked if we needed anything for our room (extra mineral water, room service, etc) Location wise, it's barely a five minute walk to the monorel station and it's very close to NU Sentral+KL sentral so it's pretty strategic!

    the room was clean and the staff was helpful. the location is perfect because its right next to kl sentral. all you had to do was cross a bridge to get into nu sentral. there's a 24 hour family mart at nu sentral so you dont have to worry about finding snacks in the middle of the night.

    The hotel is a short walk from KL Sentral station, Sentral mall, and Little India. It had a laundrette facility which was great. The rooms were spacious and by the sink in the kitchenette there was a separate tap for drinking water. This hotel would be perfect for longer term stays as well. The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was peaceful.

    The apartment was lovely. It was really clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, the pool was huge and had a wonderful view of the skyline of KL. Communication was also excellent throughout. The building was in a nice safe area with many restaurants close by and very convenient for kl sentral train station.

    A very nice hotel in the vicinity of the Cheras Mall, so it's easy to get food or anything else. LRT is right next to you, also through the mall. Only takes around 30 minutes (I think) to get to KL Sentral. I took LRT and MRT to KL Sentral, then KLIA Express, and it's very easy to do from the hotel. I LOVE THE BED AND PILLOWS! And everything was very clean and tidy. Price-wise, for KL, it's not expensive, but the quality of the bed and pillows, and the size of the room, I think, provide a very high value for money.

    Staff were very attentive and helpful; our room was spacious, with very comfy beds and pillows, a proper kettle, and plenty of bottled water. We didn't get breakfast but we did have a late dinner at the hotel restaurant - the signature sandwich was surprisingly toothsome, and the portion was generous. Location-wise, it's connected to KL Sentral which was very convenient for us, as we had late arrival and very early departure.
