Reception is very hospitable and professional. They helped me and changed my room when I did not like it. Also, the tram is just in front of the hotel entrance and bus no. 21 which takes you to the central station direct.

Holiday Inn Express is next to Sloterdijk train station which offers convenient connections to Amsterdam Central Train Station and Schiphol Airport.

The hotel is overall nice. It has a quirky vibe and it's just convenient. I liked the beds, how quiet my room was (on the 4th floor), the space of the room, the fitness, the fact you can rent an unmbrella for two days for 3 euros just with your card. Bus stop of the 22 bus is literally 23 seconds off the entrance and is super convenient to go to the city centre and back (I went 2-3 times a day back to the hotel). Can't say anything negative about my stay.
