Very disappointing.
Very disappointing. The room did not look like pictures at all. Neither did the outside. Just repainted room, very poorly....please do not pay painters for their work. Nothing on walls etc. to give one a welcome feeling. Paid for a king room with partial ocean view and fireplace.....not good...metal insert fireplace with paint drips dried on it and looked around a building which was not in any pictures to see ocean. Insult to injurY, after paying for this upgrade, the hall in which our room was located was a drop off for all the dirty laundry. Had to tip toe around it to get to our door. I was so throughly disgusted I was almost ready to leave but couldn’t get my money back!Guest review byJamesUnited States

It was a huge room! The fireplace was so cozy and there was a fridge and a coffee maker too! The people are so friendly and the grounds were immaculate!! Love this place, we will be staying here every time we come to Monterey. Oh,and it was so close to everything, downtown, the wharf, Cannery Row.
