Great location with a beautiful view of the river. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and stylish. Location made for easy access to the national park and other things to do in town. Parking was right outside of our room. The Heirloom Room was actually our favorite restaurant of the places we went to eat in town.

We got there late and had a super early morning. When we checked in we asked if there were any way to get a couple of breakfast sandwiches and donuts since we would be leaving before breakfast started and they so nicely helped make that happen! We stay here several times a year when we hike.

    It was nice, a beautiful view, walking the suspended Bridge was neat but a little stomach turning. But all in all not worth the $76 we paid for two people. I could have taken a ride through the smokies and gone to Cherokee and seen just as much for just the price of gas. And don't even get me started on the price of the memorabilia that was there. I mean we pay $20 for a cup. I wouldn't have paid it but my wife really wanted it.

    If this is the Ober Gatlinburg cable cart, then it is a bit pricy for a family, but fun and affordable if you can combine it with other Ober Gatlinburg activities. It makes it possible to enjoy more activities without getting in the car and also get another experience of seeing the Gatlinburg town and area from an aerial perspective.

    A must see for Gatlinburg.

    A must see for Gatlinburg. The lift ticket is good for the whole day so should visit the hilltop twice one during the day and again in the evening. Both views are spectacular. Walk through the Skybridge is included so must go as well. Good experience and not scary.
