Most comfortable bed ever. Very clean rooms. Spacious bathroom with hot water available all the time. Awesome location with great places to eat/shop close by. Staff were accommodating and granted us early check-in and late check-out which was super helpful. Bed felt like a cloud! Beautiful bathroom. Location was excellent and within walking distance of our favourite shops, bars, restaurants, etc.

The view of the Empire State Building from the 13th floor is unbeatable. The room was clean, spacious, and appeared to be newly renovated. The bed was very comfortable, and we always felt well-rested after a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping deep-cleaned our room every day. Noise from outside wasn’t really an issue on the 13th floor, even for people like us who don’t usually live in big, noisy cities. The hotel smelled great and has a beautiful little lobby with comfortable sofas and chairs. The staff was helpful, always smiling, and very polite. They even gave us a bottle of champagne because our internet connection wasn’t working. Overall, the experience was amazing.
