The first impression upon walking into the building is that it smells absolutely amazing, and the general ambiance of the lobby does not detract from thag at all. The staff was very helpful and agreed to store our luggage before check in. The directions given for sight seeing was most helpful. The room and linens were clean and tidy, the room temp perfection, and the noise level at a minimum. I had zero problems during my stay. Would definitely stay there again.

This establishment has character, a sense of history and place, and is in a wonderful location to explore New York. Staff were accommodating and granted us early check-in and late check-out which was super helpful. Bed felt like a cloud! Beautiful bathroom. Location was excellent and within walking distance of our favourite shops, bars, restaurants, etc.

Nice and accomodating staff. The rooms are very VERY big and comfortable. Great showers and beds. Supreme location near many restaurants, parks and right by the subway.

With 2000 pieces of artwork on display and an atrium, this all-suite property is located 1640 feet from the World Trade Center.
