The staff is amazing, everyone is so helpful and kind. The hotel looks very good and the rooms are spacious and clean. Right in the center of Hanoi, next to the lake and all the shops. The reception organized our city tours, massage, and booked restaurants for us. Tracy at the reception is the best! Would recommend this hotel 100% and would book again if ever in Hanoi.
