The hotel has unreal views and feels very upscale. More than I expected to find in Hanoi. The Club Lounge is exceptional as were the rooms. Also connected to the mall was very convenient.

Everything was perfect! People there are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. Room was very clean, new, all the facilities for comfortable living. Big and warm swimming pool with jacuzzi.

The location was fine. If it had been a little clearer outside it would have been tremendous. The staff was gracious, friendly and hospitable. The food was fantastic and I wish we had Korean food in Southern California where I live.
