I loved the amazing country surroundings and it was nice to sleep where you were not woken up by banging doors, as in Hotel corridors. Loved the roundhouse and the quirky architecture reminded be of a Hobbit House. I made a note to put down small portion for the Full English breakfast as i didn't want to waste any food, it was lovely and so much to choose from.

Location was excellent for Bowness and only a short walk to Windermere. A number of great restaurants within 5 mins walk. Parking was good, the apartment was excellent throughout, and the passcode entry was great, much better than carrying keys around. This is by far the best accommodation we’ve stayed in at Bowness which is our favourite location in the lakes, already looking to rebook this apartment.

We used the accommodation for a girls weekend away to celebrate our friend 40th. The apartment is situated in a very quiet easy to reach location, it was extremely clean, all the facilities as described and very spacious with outdoor area looking onto a leafy green communal garden.
It was absolutely amazing, there was parking for two cars, it felt like a home from home and we are looking to book again in the future. Great value for money in particular for families but not only.

Immaculate accommodation, exceptionally clean throughout. Incredibly comfortable bed, had the best night's sleep. Exceptional stay. Very nice surroundings and 10/10 accommodations. The apartments are tidy and spacious and have anything one may require inside for both a short and long stay. We will definitely be coming back and staying for longer next time!

Loved that the property was based in a hotel with facilities you could use, such as the pool and sauna. However as it was a full functional apartment you still have the ability to live and cook independently. Great location for exploring the lakes too.
There has been lots of care and attention to detail when creating this apartment. I loved the decor as well as the finishing touches like tablets for the dishwasher and a can opener.

The hotel was very comfortable, rooms were large and lovely views. Facilities were v good, and especially enjoyed using the swimming pool. We
had a delicious meal too. But what made it for us was the staff, especially the Irish chap. He was so great with the children and was very funny says my 8 yr old! The hospitality was excellent. We had already stayed at 2 well known 4 star hotels on our trip and we had a far more enjoyable time and restful sleep staying here. Would definitely stay again.

The lodge was absolutely immaculate,very hospitable hosts,beautiful location very peaceful, upon arrival was greeted with a smile even though we was a tad early we were made to feel very welcome and had a lovely peaceful few days and probably the best sleep iv had in years (the bed was unbelievably comfortable)thank you so much we will definitely be returning.

Vanessa is the most fantastic host in every way.
The apartment was beautiful and the quality of everything was second to none!
Vanessa made a lovely lemon cake on our arrival and apart from a lovely gesture it was the nicest lemon cake I've tasted!
This accommodation made my holiday.

The whole experience was fantastic from the accommodation, the grounds the hotel was set in and the wonderful Spa. Breakfast and evening meal were excellent. Staff were very attentive. They also gave my wife a birthday card from the Falls. Nice touch. Thank you.

Comfortably furnished, spacious holiday accommodation situated in a perfect, quiet and secluded position within the town of Keswick. Plenty of room for a family of four or two couples. The owners provide quality fixtures and fittings and in particular, sturdy and good quality kitchen equipment. Would highly recommend booking.

Brilliant location. You get a lovely friendly welcome with the added bonus of complimentary cream tea. The breakfasts are really delicious and the staff are very attentive and friendly. Sarah and Amber were on staff this visit and both are a credit to the hotel. It was my second visit and I’m fairly certain to be back. Oh and the bed was super comfortable ( I usually have difficulty sleeping the first night away but I was fine here)

The property was lovely and clean, very cosy! The location was perfect, right near the shops/cafes. We even left our German shepherd in the apartment when we went for a meal in the evening and when we came back he was fast asleep. We will definitely be staying here again. The hosts were very responsive and sent over some fab recommendations for our stay!

Nice cheap and cheerful stay in Ambleside. Was doing some hillwalking so just looking for somewhere to get my head down for the night. Great value for money only £80 for the night basic accommodation but clean and lovely old school pub. Great pint wished I’d have had a couple more. Only thing was the music was loud but it didn’t go on too late and I had a good night sleep. Location is great.

We had a super time, beautiful Catbell walk , then our stay at Crow Park Hotel was very pleasant. Very clean, very good shower and a very confortable sleep night. Breakfast was nice and staff very pleasant too. Will definitely stay again. Thank you

Everything! Amazing hotel and the staff were outstanding in their help. During a flood they really looked after us and our elderly mum,by providing accommodation for extra nights. Highly recommend this hotel. The restaurant is also excellent.

Didn't have breakfast so I can't talk about that but the room was the most comfortable I've ever stayed in anywhere. Literally the best night's sleep I ever had in a hotel or B+B. Best certainly in that price range.

Emma and Mark are lovely friendly. The room had everything we needed and the bed was comfy. Had great nights sleep. The continental breakfast was lovely and was left outside our door on time. Accommodation is in a great spot with walking distance to Windermere and Bowness. We loved it.
