The staff is really amazing in this place. you feel welcomed from the moment you stop your car at the entrance. Simon at the reception with his casual chitchat made our check in experience really smooth and pleasant. We took a 2 queen beds room and it was really spacious for a family of four with 2 teens. the pull out sofa was very comfy as a bed for one of my boys. plenty of options at the breakfast and plenty of complementary activities to stuff your day. the location is very convenient for the outdoor activities nearby or in the area of Banff. we really enjoyed our stay and we will certainly come back for more

Within walking distance to many good restaurants. Lovely rooms with solid pine furniture. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. You can leave your car parked underground and walk everywhere. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast included in the price of the room.

    The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Arrived early, was unable to have early check-in, but was able to park the car in the parking lot and explore the Town until check in. Rooms were spacious, and staff were quick to bring additional pillows/towels to the room as requested.

    Room was big, clean and bed was really comfortable. The shower and the products they provide are locally sourced and really good quality. The location is great with a very short walk into the main town. There was sufficient free parking in a secure underground car park. The hot tub and sauna was nice to use in the afternoon after a long day hiking. The balcony with mountain views was a nice touch.

    Location great. Walk to everywhere in Banff from the unit. Beds very comfy. Underground parking if you have a sedan otherwise off street parking at back of units. Price is what you would expect in Banff. Getting the key from next door is not an issue. It is two sets of units controlled by one office.
