The room. The view of the water and mountains- everything- city lights - was breathtaking. Room was super clean and modern design was lovely. We had everything we needed. Everything about the hotel was amazing, starting from the special scent of the hotel that can’t be described to the reception from the staff during check in to the room it self and the facilities it had to the swimming pool and gym. Staying here was a lovely experience. The hotel is located in a perfect place viewing the Harbour. Had a direct link to the musea mall. Steps away from Nathan road museum of space, museum of art and avenue of stars. Highly recommend

recently had the pleasure of staying at The Upper House Hotel in Hong Kong for one night and I must say, it was truly a remarkable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the excellent front office staff, particularly Leo, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Leo was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met and that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from recommending local restaurants to arranging transportation for us. The hotel itself was stunning, with modern and luxurious accommodations that exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The amenities were top-notch, and we felt pampered and well taken care of during our time there. Overall, our experience at The Upper House Hotel was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to the fantastic service provided by Leo and the rest of the front office staff.     Transfer from the airport: included. After arrival just go the Sheraton counter at the entrance, ask for a shuttle timetable, then go outside to the parking lot and find stops 11-12 and wait for the bus with Sheraton logo on it. Breakfast: delicious, lots of local food, tasty soups. Personnel: helpful and professional Location: pretty close to the Lantau island toursit attractions Shopping: a free shuttle will take you to the nice outlet mall, 5 mins to ride, or you may reach it by 15 min walk.

    The shuttle bus was easy to find (number 11/12 in the parking lot 1) and easy to get around. All the facilities were comfortable and perfect. The bed and shower were exceptional after a long trip.

    Absolutely amazing hotel! By far the cleanest hotel I’ve ever step foot into. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We loved the shuttle to shopping mall and airport. On Sunday they had super cars in the parking lot!
