The lake view is absolutely amazing. We were lucky enough to be there on a Saturday night and the room was a front row seat to the bi-weekly fireworks (I was told they do them on Wednesdays and Saturdays during the spring and summer). At check in try asking for a higher floor!

We got an upgrade on the room without adding money, the room was great the view and amenities, staff and housekeeping did a great job.the Nespresso machine was a bonus and served us well, the property is beautiful and smells really good!

    Hotel has a good jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pool. I really like the gym, 3rd floor running track, and indoor basket ball half-court. Lobby gives an upscale look and its better than many 4 star hotels. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in excellent spot and we can visit millennium park and river walk within 10 mins.
